Non-Refundable Custom Orders
- Payment: Once payment is made for a custom order, it is non-refundable. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Approval Process
- Image Submission: You are responsible for providing all necessary details for your custom order, including uploading images as required. Please double-check your submissions to ensure accuracy.
- Approval of Design: After you provide the necessary details, we will create an image for your approval. We will not proceed with production until we receive your explicit approval.
- Failure to Approve: If you fail to approve the design within a reasonable timeframe, this does not entitle you to a refund.
Defective Products
