For orders with items that support customization, here’s how the process works:

  1. Provide Details: During checkout, you will be prompted to provide the information needed for your custom item.
  2. Upload Additional Items: If your order requires additional items, such as pictures, you can upload these by accessing your order in ‘My Essentials’ after the purchase is completed.
  3. Review & Approve: Once we have all the necessary details and uploads, we’ll create a rendering of your design. You’ll need to review and approve this rendering before we proceed with production. Keep an eye on your email for this approval request.
  4. Payment & Sample: If payment has not already been collected, we will request it at this stage. After receiving your approval and payment, we will send you a sample for final approval.
