Returns and Refunds Policy

Definitions

  • This Website (or this Application): The property that enables the provision of the Service.
  • Owner (or We or Us): U&Me Collections Incorporated – the natural person(s) or legal entity that provides this Website and/or the Service to Users.
  • Product (or Service): The items provided by this Website as described on this Website.
  • User (or You): The natural person or legal entity that uses this Website.

Refunds

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the item is shipped, except as noted for specific items. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel.
  • Digital Downloads: Sales of digital downloads are final once the download is complete.
  • Custom Items: Custom items, including those with custom photos or engraving, are eligible for store credit only, regardless of shipment status.
  • Other Products: For all other products, you have the option to request a refund before the item is shipped. After shipment, you may return the product within 30 days from the date received. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless the item shows significant wear and tear.

Return Process

  • Preferred/Fastest Method: To request a refund or return, please log in to your account and navigate to My Essentials -> Shopping Experience -> Past Elegance – My Orders. From there, select the items you wish to return by pressing the button labeled “Return” or “Refund.”
  • Alternate Method: If you cannot complete the return process through the above method, please contact our customer service team at contact@umcollections.com or call us. They will guide you through the process and provide any necessary return authorization.
  • Returning Items: Securely package the item and include the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Items with Wear and Tear

  • Please note that items showing signs of use, damage, or wear and tear may not be eligible for a full refund or may not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to determine the condition of returned items and their eligibility for refund.

Important Notes

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Note that it may take up to 30 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
