Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. To initiate a return, simply go to the ‘My Essentials‘ section on our website, find the order, and follow the return instructions. Please note:
- Custom items can only be exchanged if defective.
- Gift cards are non-returnable due to the nature of these products and applicable laws.
- Straws and replacement silicone tips can be exchanged if defective, but cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
- All returned products must be in like-new condition with all original parts included.
